Head of Environmental Health Unit

The Environmental Health unit plays a major role in ensuring cleanliness in our communities. The unit ensures the management of environmental health and sanitation in the district and also give technical advise to the District Assembly on Environmental Health Issues. The unit create awareness and educate community members on environmental and sanitation issues. They also Inspect and enforce sanitation regulations.
